This policy applies during the initial Resomix production beta and may be updated as the Service develops.

1. REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies where a user purchases a paid plan. Paid plans and metered API services may be introduced or activated during or after the beta period; the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are presented before a user enters into a paid contract. Nothing in this Policy implies that every beta account is a paid account.

1.1 Statutory withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of first purchase unless they consented to immediate performance at checkout (see Terms §4A.4).

1.2 Goodwill refunds

If the service materially failed during a billing period (verified outage or defect), contact [email protected] within 30 days; we may refund or credit at our discretion.

1.3 Renewals

Charges for a renewal period that has not yet started are refundable if cancellation was requested before the renewal date but not processed due to our error.

1.4 Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under EU or Greek law (Terms §10.5).

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Terms §4A.4). To exercise the right of withdrawal or request a goodwill refund, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, stating your username and the date of the charge. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; the available cancellation method is disclosed before purchase, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law (Terms §4A.3).
